What will you do

Are you looking to gain knowledge about Heating, Ventilation, & Air Condition (HVAC) and learn firsthand from industry leading professionals? Our team will give you this opportunity, in addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.
How will you do it
Apprentices are governed by the local union agreement, and they will perform all mechanical equipment service and all other work coming under this Agreement assigned by the Employer, limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective apprentice rate of pay, and shall perform all assigned work under the direction of the Employer.
Routine service and inspections, regardless of the size or location of the HVAC mechanical equipment being inspected or serviced, where this work is done as a periodic and routine procedure by the Employer, such as:
• Change and service filters.
• Oiling and greasing.
• Adjust or replace belts.
• Clean cooling towers, coils, evaporator and condenser tubes, and general housekeeping.
• Mechanical systems operation under contract with the customer.
• Cleaning and routine maintenance of solar energy equipment
• Indoor Air Quality related work including duct systems and drain pans
What we look for
Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Light technical and mechanically inclined
• Passion/ desire to learn and apply on the job.
• Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
• Self-starter with ability to eventually work independently.
• Prioritize safety in all forms.
• This position requires a valid driver’s license.
